Return Policy & Live Insect Guarantee

Arrive Alive Guarantee: We stand behind the health and vitality of our live insects, including mantids, isopods, and fruit flies. Upon the arrival of your live insect order, should you find that more than 20% of the intended count fails to survive the journey, we commit to rectifying this concern. Please email us a clear photograph within 24 hours of package receipt to validate your claim. Following review, we will promptly issue a full refund for the compromised portion of your order. Please understand, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of live insects.

Return Policy for Non-Live Items: For all products excluding live insects, we offer a reassuring 30-day return window, within which you may request a full refund. Should you be dissatisfied for any reason, inform us via email, and ensure that the item is returned in its original condition. Note that the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
